What to expect
Response times.
Security disclosures are acknowledged within 2 business days. Data protection requests are answered within the period the GDPR sets, which is one month, and we tell you if we need to extend it. Reports of illegal content follow the notice-and-action process and its own timelines. General, provider and press enquiries are answered by a person within a few business days.
